- Launch the Strategy Session: Organise a strategy session with your youth workers and a group of young people. Discuss your organization's values and how they can be translated into an online strategy that resonates with youth.
- Define a Shared Vision: Create a clear digital strategy document that outlines your goals, target audience, and key messages. This should be a collaborative effort, building on the input from the young people and your team.
- Establish a Partner Network: Identify at least two other organisations or experts who can help you achieve your digital goals. Consult with the young people to understand which partners they would find most valuable. Form a formal partnership to create a consistent flow of valuable content.
- Create a Measurement System: Implement a way to measure the impact of your online work, such as tracking engagement rates, shares, and real-life outcomes. Ensure this system includes a way to get direct feedback from young people.
